Project Manager, The Flotilla Retelling Project (2018-2019)

Amanda Shore is a writer and curator based in Montreal and Halifax. As Project Manager for the Flotilla Retelling Project (2018), she is committed to archiving, cultivating, and furthering the conversations initiated at Flotilla.

She is currently pursuing her Master’s in Art History at Concordia University, studying cultural appropriation and decolonial pedagogy. She is a coordinator for the SSHRC-funded initiative “Inuit Futures in Arts Leadership: The Pilimmaksarniq / Pijariuqsarniq Project.” Shore’s art criticism has been published in Canadian Art, C Magazine, and Visual Arts News, and she holds a BA in Art History from NSCAD University, as well as a Certificate in Curatorial Studies from the School for Curatorial Studies Venice.
